With our presence across the entire textile value chain from spinning to garment manufacturing we have, over the years, evolved as an integrated textile company addressing a complete range of products and processes across the sector.

Constant commitment to high quality standards, innovation, modernization and expansion has been the secret of our success since the Company’s establishment. The spinning division started in 1995 with an installed capacity of 1,000 TPA but today boasts of 24,000 TPA. Continuous investment and up gradation of technology has enabled us to develop our manufacturing facilities to encompass yarn of different counts and blends.

Trendy fabric, novel designs and high quality are the hallmarks of our knitting division, which has a total capacity of 19,000 TPA and is engaged in manufacturing knitted fabrics of different designs and textures. Supported by world class knitting machines imported from Germany, Singapore, UK, etc, this division has the wherewithal to produce a wide range of fabrics, offering an array of designs which are in tune with the most modern of fashion trends.

In its quest for further value addition, KSL started fabric processing in Dombivli with a capacity of 100 TPA, which has since been expanded to 1,000 TPA per annum. This division possesses top grade processing technology and machinery supplied by world-class manufacturers. At KSL each fabric is dedicated to meet customer demand for top quality finished fabric of international standards, through product innovation, state-of-the-art technology and excellence in service.

Our garment manufacturing facilities, with a capacity of 8,00,000 pieces per annum, have helped us complete the process of establishing our presence across the entire textile value chain. With an objective of matching international standards and expanding globally, we have forged strategic alliances with some of the world’s best known chain stores from USA, Italy, Spain, Sweden, to name a few.
